i found a thingy a wotsit a speed buggy!

plates say its old... and its most likely bug based... but other than that its got me stumped

and yeah thats the best pic i could get.. it was in a fenced off garage parking lot guarded by a ferocious blood thirsty chihuahua... and i like my ankles

should tell you how long its been dry warm and mostly sunny round here tho

Registration says VW Buggy, first registered 1963, first registered in the Netherlands in 1976.  No details about the engine, other than cylinder count (4).
